Construction Drawing Fee

 

B. If you want to proceed with construction drawings our fee for completed plans
will be $1.25 per square foot under roof area, including garages and porches.

Example for a 3100 sq. ft. home:

Design sketch only: 2500 X $0.20 = $500.00
Construction plans: 3100 X $1.25 = $3,875.00
Less sketch fee: -$500.00
Total fee: $3,375.00
