Sketch Fee

A. Our sketch fee of 20 cents per sq. ft. is based on the
climate-controlled or air conditioned area of your new home.
(There is a minimum fee of $300.00)

There is no additional fee for multiple story structures.
Basements that are to be finished are also included in our area sq. ft. calculations.
