Helix Sleep sells hybrid mattresses manufactured with polyfoam comfort systems, dual-layer covers, and pocketed coil support cores enhanced with polyfoam base layers. Helix Mattress Contact Number
Helix Sleep gives you full mattress customization. Buyers are requested to complete a questionnaire that discusses their weight, height, firmness preferences, sleep position, and other elements. Based on these answers, Helix Sleep will suggest one of the following 6 mattress options; each individual model provides a one-of-a-kind combination of firmness and support:
- Helix Sunset: ‘Soft’ firmness, targeted cushioning, and balanced support
- Helix Moonlight: ‘Soft’ firmness, moderate cushioning, and extra support
- Helix Midnight: ‘Medium’ firmness, targeted cushioning, and balanced support
- Helix Dusk: ‘Medium’ firmness, moderate cushioning, and extra support
- Helix Twilight: ‘Firm’ firmness, targeted cushioning, and balanced support
- Helix Dawn: ‘Firm’ firmness, moderate cushioning, and additional support
Helix Sleep hybrids that have targeted cushioning conform closely, making them perfect for those who sleep on their side. While hybrids that have moderate cushioning do not conform as much and are suitable for pretty much all sleep positions. Lighter individuals may feel more comfy on models with balanced support, while people that weigh 130 lbs or more tend to prefer the models with additional support.
Helix Sleep also offers 2 mattresses with dual-firmness, the Helix Dual Balanced (with targeted cushioning and balanced support) and the Helix Dual Extra (with moderate cushioning and additional support). Both of these variants have one ‘Soft’ side and one ‘Firm’ side, which makes them suitable for couples with differing tastes. Last, the Helix Nightfall is a hybrid developed for larger, heavier people. This model has an additional layer of memory foam for maximum support.
My review of Helix Sleep mattresses found that the customizable aspect conforms to sleepers with a wide variety of firmness preferences and body types. The mattresses also provide strong edge support, isolate movement nicely, and produce less noise than the normal hybrid. Helix Mattress Contact Number

Construction Helix Mattress Contact Number
All 9 of the various iterations of this mattress will differ slightly in construction, but for 6 of the 9 variants, the construction will be quite similar. The six core models (listed above) are 10 inches tall, composed of 6 inches of individually wrapped coils and 4 inches of foam.
Helix mattresses vary in firmness and density depending on the foams utilized in order to get more/less support and more/less firmness. The four different foams used within Helix mattresses are high-grade polyurethane foam, memory foam, Helix Dynamic Foam, and a DuraDense Foam (aka support foam). Not all the mattresses have all of the foams – some just have three of the four – but it really shouldn’t matter much for the purchaser. The foams are merely levers that Helix Sleep can pull to be able to offer nine distinct versions (and hopefully have a mattress for everybody). Helix Mattress Contact Number
Below, I briefly discuss the construction (materials and quality) of the typical Helix mattress, the Helix Midnight.
Cover – Initially, all Helix mattresses come with the same cover, made of 100% polyester. I found it to be thin and pliable, allowing for some great breathability. But, if you prefer something more amped up, you can choose to swap out the regular cover for the brand’s UltraCool one, which is made up of a phase change material for heat regulation.
Comfort Layer – Up top, you’ll encounter a heavy layer of memory foam. This material has a slow reaction to pressure, which means you are likely to encounter some great body contouring. Even though it may seem strange for a purportedly medium firmness mattress to make use of a memory foam layer, it is important to remember that the feeling of deep sinkage doesn’t always translate to softness; in actuality, oftentimes it gives quite a firm feeling.
Transition Layer – After getting past the memory foam comfort layer, you will find a transition layer of poly foam. This layer of foam works to suppress the sinkage of the memory foam and set a supportive, medium firm feel as you reach the individually wrapped coils underneath.
Support Layer – Most of the mattress consists of this section of individually wrapped coils. This system gives a supportive lift to the construction, working to position the sleeper “on top” of the bed, instead of “in it”. Since the coils are wrapped individually, they’re also going to allow extra breathability as air flows in between the spaces in the coils.
Base Layer – Last but not least, you will discover a thin section of high-density poly foam. This segment doesn’t affect the feel of the bed too much, working mostly to give the pocketed coils something off of which to react.
Firmness and Support
After taking a peek at the construction of the Helix mattresses, let’s discuss their different firmness levels and feels.
The firmness level of the Helix is going to vary widely depending on which model you pick out. The Helix Midnight and Dusk, have medium firmness levels, which is going to be quite versatile and therefore best-selling. If you have more specific requirements, however, Helix Sleep will be happy to provide you with additional options.
Laying down on the Midnight, the uppermost foam layer is soft and produces some quality body shaping, while the other materials in the mattress work to control this and create an overall firmer structure. The individually-wrapped coils and the firmer support foams also assist with re-positioning.
For those who sleep on their back, there is just enough good comfort material here to conform to your lumbar while supporting your whole upper spine in a neutral position. For larger sleepers or those who prefer a firmer mattress, there are 2 more choices for you in the Helix Twilight and Helix Dawn models.
Many side sleepers should feel perfectly comfortable on the Midnight, but, if you are needing a bit less pressure while still going with a versatile medium firmness, you may decide to check out the Helix Dusk, which utilizes a body-conforming latex-alternative foam that’s breathable and gives the surface a small bit of bounce.
Side sleepers typically need to be mindful of pressure because they sleep with all of their weight on a tinier area. Those who are lighter than average or those looking for plenty of pressure relief may want to stick to the plusher variants.
Those who sleep on their stomach will feel comfortable in the Midnight, especially if this is not their primary position or they have a tendency to switch things up a lot. Firmer choices might be preferable for exclusive tummy sleepers so that they can ensure their hips don’t dip and over-arch their spine.
Finally, Helix Sleep recommends Helix mattresses for sleepers around 350 lbs or partners that weigh up to 250 pounds each. If you or your spouse are significantly bigger than average, the company has also produced a bed called the Nightfall that is built to accommodate a total weight of 1000 pounds.
Couples with differing types of bodies or tastes may also pick a dual comfort option that pairs Firm with Plush.
Bear in mind that if neither of these models feel quite right, you can always have a look at the four other models in the new collection: the Sunset (plush, softer compared to the Moonlight), Dusk (medium feel, slightly firmer than the Midnight), Twilight (firm, made for side sleepers), or Dawn (the firmest option of the bunch).
Now, let us talk about motion transfer, or the amount of disturbance that’s noticeable from one side of the bed to the other. While this will be crucial for many buyers, those who sleep with a partner may find it especially interesting as it will illuminate just how bothered you may be by your partner’s nighttime movements. Based on my observation, Helix surpasses expectations for hybrids in this space due to the quantity and quality of foam it incorporates, as well as the pocketed coils that help keep motion at its source. If you are a light sleeper worried that motion from the opposite side of the bed will bother you, you shouldn’t have much concern with this hybrid. I’d say that all of the Helix mattresses would be a good option for couples.
While purchasing a brand-new mattress, most men and women would like to know whether they will feel as though they’re sinking “into” the it or lying “on top” of it.
Even though you’re likely to experience some immediate sinkage in the soft foam at the top, by the time you sink through those layers, you’ll find the pocketed coils and experience great support. This combo will appeal to a vast assortment of sleepers, but will satisfy back and stomach sleepers the most.
While I do feel the memory foam compress as I sit near the edge of the mattress, the individually-wrapped coils stop the mattress from compressing a lot beyond that. I feel very secured seated on the bed.
In my view, Helix mattresses are well above average when it comes to edge support in comparison to other bed-in-a-box brands, and this is because of their newly updated edges containing reinforcement in the coil system. There may be a little compression at the comfort foams when you sit with your entire weight on the side, but laying on the side will feel comfortable and secure. Couples who want more space to stretch out typically appreciate stronger edges.
Laying down, I feel like I can get close to the edge of the mattress without feeling like I’ll fall over or be ejected from the bed. Overall, I think the Helix has great edge support.
100 Night Sleep Trial
One of the best features of buying a mattress-in-a-box online is the sleep trials that they usually come with. Helix is no different. You create the mattress that’s meant for you, place your order, and within 2 weeks, it is sent to your door. From the minute you click to purchase the mattress, you have 100 nights to try it out (minus the time for delivery, so it is more like 90 nights). If it isn’t perfect, you can return it free of charge, and receive a complete refund.
Should you return the mattress, it is not restocked or resold. In fact, Helix Sleep does its best to locate a local place to donate it. When there’s no way Helix can find a way to donate your refunded mattress, it’s recycled instead. Helix Mattress Contact Number
The Helix Mattress includes an awesome 10-year guarantee that covers flaws, but it comes with limitations, exceptions, and the burden of proof is on the customer (like most warranties). Of course, you should be the first owner of the Helix to make use of the guarantee, and you will need to be sure that you keep your receipt as proof of purchase.
As long as you follow all of the manufacturer’s expectations for use, your warranty is valid. That means you need to use a proper base (no adjustable bed frames or slats more than 4″ apart) and that you don’t use the mattress improperly – no jumping on it!
If your Helix begins to have an indentation of 1 inch or longer, something that usually happens when low-density foams break down, you could be eligible for a replacement or repair of your mattress.

What’s The Best Way To Care For Your Helix?
Helix mattresses need no turning, but it is recommended that you rotate the mattress possibly once or twice a year to keep it from wearing down from excessive sagging.
For routine cleanup, it is advised to use cold water with gentle dish detergent to clean any dirt or stains. Make sure that you wash using gentle circular movements, rather than rubbing.
